phase 1
Ready for events starting June 1st 2024. Phase 1 consists of restoring the century barn to ensure celebrations can be enjoyed in a safe manner.
The century barn will be restored with glamorous décor while still staying true to its original heritage.
With a new entrance, landscape, flooring and arch windows, the barn will be transformed into a stunning event space overlooking the water. Greenery and lights will be placed throughout for an enchanted fairytale setting. The lower barn will be repointed, painted with a white wash finish, complete with polished concrete floors.
phase 2
Complete for summer 2025, phase 2 consists of building a 1,200 square foot deck creating a breathtaking walkout view of the 3 acre pond. The lower deck will be water proof allowing for outdoor enjoyment rain or shine. With greenery, chandeliers and ambient lighting, the lower patio will be truly an enchanting setting.
phase 3
Complete for summer 2028—phase 3 consists of building a two level, 1,000 square foot extension which will complete The Hummingbird. The building will showcase a state of the art kitchen, a private lounge space and 5 washrooms on each level. The extension will complement the century barn and maintain the same 8 foot arch windows as the front facade.
